The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot mainly be attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a company capable of doing business, which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the performance of its economic or independent professional activity.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The sales contract was concluded with Votumo.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those items. You can first place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting a binding order using the correction aids listed and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the Order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
In addition to the stated product prices, delivery costs may also be charged. You can find more details about possible shipping costs in the offers.
We deliver exclusively by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods in person.
PAYMENT
Payment in advance
If you choose prepayment as the payment method, we will send you the bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receiving the payment.
Credit card
During the order process, you enter your credit card information. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out via PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”) we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly at Klarna. Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after the shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the bill amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum rate is 6.95 euros.
Klarna direct debit
You authorize Klarna for SEPA direct debit. Klarna will notify you of the date on which your account will be debited (the so-called advance notice). The account will be debited after the goods have been shipped.
Klarna credit card
During the order process, you enter your credit card information. Klarna will charge your card immediately after you order. No address or credit check.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment.
DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT
If the goods were delivered with obvious damage during transport, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. If you do not file a complaint or contact us, it will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular for your warranty rights. However, they help us to realize our own claims from the carrier or transport insurance.
WARRANTY
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, statutory liability for defects applies.
The following limitations and limitation of time do not apply to claims caused by us, our legal representatives or agents.

LIMITATIONS
When purchasing used goods by the consumer, the following applies: if the defect appears after one year from the delivery of the goods, claims for the defect are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of the delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from the delivery of the goods.
RESPONSIBILITY
We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or intermediaries
* in case of injury to life, body or health,
* in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
* in case of promise of guarantee, if agreed, or
* to the extent that the area of application of the Product Liability Act is open.
In case of violation of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which primarily enables the correct execution of the contract and whose observance the contractual partner can regularly rely on (cardinal obligations) due to minor negligence on our part, our legal representatives or intermediaries, the liability is limited to the amount of damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which as a rule must be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which you can find here [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in the dispute resolution process before consumer arbitration.
