RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
We are a company that only produces on demand. Which means that all products are unique and are produced only and exclusively after an order. This means that returns and exchanges are not possible if you ordered the wrong color, size or simply changed your mind.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day when you or a third party other than the carrier you have designated take possession of the goods, and the complaint must be accepted.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by e-mail.
To comply with the notice period, it is sufficient to send a notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the notice period.

The deadline for the delivery of the order is 5 to 15 working days, depending on the place of delivery, from the moment the order is sent, if the order does not arrive within our stipulated time, you have the right to return the funds you paid for the delivery of the order.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL OF CONTRACT
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this return. We may refuse returns until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, or no later than 14 days after the date on which you inform us that you have canceled this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must pay for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check its quality, properties and functioning.
